You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of cosmetics, products must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- With all protective seals and labels intact.
3. Free Returns & Pre-Paid Labels
We stand behind our products, which is why we offer Free Returns. You do not have to worry about return shipping costs:
- We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- The return shipping cost will be fully covered by Richon Inc.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

- If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, a replacement or full refund will be processed immediately at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to post the refund to your account.
